Cosmic Trip by Funktronic Labs, combines crisp, beautiful scenery with exceptional RTS gameplay mechanics. Short loading times, great sound design and a strong immersion factor combine for a satisfying strategy adventure romp. The game provides a very low-end, friendly experience that won't bog down when tons of enemies flood the scene. A well explained control scheme that feels intuitive and natural to someone like myself, who has poured countless hours into RTS games, is always appreciated. There's a surprising amount of challenge in this game, too. The enemies can easily overwhelm you in some game modes. That said, more relaxing game modes are on offer as well. Overall, Cosmic Trip is easily worth the $20, and I would buy it again if I didn't already own it.
