Defector by developer Twisted Pixel has been locked in for a July 11th release! Even better than this, is the fact that the game will only set players back a mere $20. Of course, some might wonder if this means that Defector is more of a VR experience and not a full-blown game. Apparently Twisted Pixel has indicated that the single player campaign should last an average of 4 to 5 hours to complete. That sounds like a pretty solid game length in these early VR days. Twisted Pixel of course was the developer for celebrated Oculus Rift game Wilson's Heart. That game featured node-based transportation, while Defector should allow more free flowing movement. The game looks like our best James Bond and Mission Impossible fantasies come to life, but I guess we'll have to wait till July 11th to find out if it lives up to the dream!
