Subnautica is one of these types of games where if you can get everything working perfectly, it's absolutely stunning. The problem is, it can be quite difficult to get it working perfectly. First of all, if you have a GTX 970, don't even bother. You need at the very least a 1070 or 1080. Also, this game has been known to cause some really bad nausea. I advise playing it standing up with your controller in hand to try to limit the nausea to a minimum. (no motion controller support) If you can get the game working right, you'll notice that this game is drop dead gorgeous. It's a survival game set in an open alien ocean... With hungry alien critters! It has progression, rewards and everything from thrills to outright terror moments.
