Rumors are swirling throughout the VR gaming industry that Doom Eternal VR will be announced very soon! We must caution however, that this is just a rumor at this time, so try to temper your enthusiasm if possible! The Australian Classification Board recently rated a game tentatively known as "Project 2021a". The game is being developed by id Software and published by Bethesda Softworks LLC. The media type is "Virtual Reality".  The upcoming title received a R 18+ rating for "High Impact Violence, online interactivity".  Many in the VR community are saying that this must be Doom Eternal VR. Another possibility could be a completely new IP made specifically for virtual reality.  Doom Eternal of course came out in March 2020, and it seems like it might be perfect timing for a VR port of the smash hit.
